- All Netose products have a 7-Day Exchange Policy.
- Any item can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a different size.
- To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered and must also be in the original packaging.
- The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back in original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on customized, sale items or gift card.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 300.
Please note, you can't return/exchange any product if you had it customised for yourself.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pincodes. in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only.
For international returns, the client must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost, also the client will be responsible for the new order shipping charges as well.
DAMAGES -
- Netose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or transit by our courier partners. If you receive your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file the claim.
- Kindly ensure that all the packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim.
- Any wrong product/size received disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours with the proof.
- In case you have received a faulty product, we will definitely replace it.
