Returns 

We do not entertain any returns; only exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are allowed for different sizes, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Customized, sale items, or gift cards are not eligible for exchange. If reverse pickup is available for your pin code, we will arrange a pickup for a fee of Rs 300. Please note that reverse pickup may not be available for all pincodes. For international returns, the client must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost, and they will also be responsible for the shipping charges of the new order.

Damages: Netose By Lakhneet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Kindly ensure that all packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim. Any disputes regarding receiving the wrong product/size must be addressed within 24 hours with proof. In case you have received a faulty product, we will definitely replace it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for customized, sale items, or gift cards.
