Cancellation Eligibility:
- Orders can be cancelled 12 hours of placing it.
- Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if the order has not yet been processed.
- If the order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to cancel it.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If your order is successfully canceled before processing, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

- Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
- Orders for customized, sale items, or gift cards cannot be canceled.
