Shipping Policy (India) 

  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above Rs 1,500/- within India.
  • Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days and our delivery partner takes 2-7 business days to ship your order.
  • We also provide express shipping for a additional charge of Rs 350/-
  • Please note, due to a huge number of orders, shipping during sale time can take upto 20-25 business days.
  • The customer will receive the confirmation on the email address provided at the time of checkout within 24 hours.
  • Once your orders are placed, the customer will have 12 hours to cancel the order. Any cancellation post 12 hours will not be entertained.
  • Weekends and national holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
  • Please note, all items are dispatched within 3-4 business days from our warehouse. And shiprocket takes 3-7 business days to deliver it. In case the parcel is delayed by the shipping company, the brand is not responsible for any refunds/cancellation for your order.

International Shipping Policy:

For international orders, we charge flat RS 2,500/- for shipping

Please note, international orders can take upto 20-25 business days to deliver. Also, international orders may incur additional import duties for which Netose will not be responsible.

Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Customs and Duties: Netose By Lakhneet is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred during the shipment process. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

Lost or Damaged Items: Netose By Lakhneet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure that all packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim.

Returns and Exchanges: For international returns, the client must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost. The client will also be responsible for the shipping charges of the new order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for customized, sale items, or gift cards.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the order processing will have begun.
